Gratitude Story on the two sisters!

This is a story on Gratitude that I heard a while ago. It started off with two sisters in Germany both Jews during World War 2. They were captured and put in a concentration camp. Luckily for them they were not killed just worked hard all day.

(Let's stop for a second and explain what the Holocaust was and all of that stuff. If you know it and all about all ready just skip this and keep reading the story. Thanks! :D) The Holocaust was during World War 2 Hitler the dictator of Germany which is a person that takes over the government so king of like a king. Well Hitler wanted people that looked like a German and Jews did not. So Hitler demanded in such a cruel thing he did that Jews,Gypsies, disabled people, and anyone that didn't follow his rules to be taken to the Concentration Camp. Now I am not going to be going deep on what happen in Concentration Camps because, it is very sad. However all I can say is some people in the Concentration Camp were immediately killed or, like the sisters were put to work doing no good hard work and then later lots of them died of starvation and sickness. Also luckily the sisters were not separated because, usually family's were separated. The males had a separated part of camp and, the women were separated from their children it is so sad.   Most people that were put in the Concentration Camp ended up dying or, staying there till U.S.A. came and freed them there was really no escaping the concentration camps either. It was a cruel, horrible, nasty, and in all just a bad place. However there our still survivors who tell their story today. Now as you can see the Holocaust was a very sad cruel thing. Where these sisters were in this story was an awful place. However later U.S.A and it'sallies stopped Hitler from taking over the world and stopping the holocaust and helping the people get better from the Concentration camps. Yippee for the U.S.A! ( Now back to the story.)

The sister were always hungry because, (the Nazis who were soldier like guards in the Concentration camp) would give like one slice of bread for like the whole day usually only for food. The sister were also not comfortable because, their beds had lice and fleas all over it. Which made them itch and uncomfortable also because they had to sleep on bunk beds just wood with a tiny thin sheet for comfort and to share with 7 other people squished on the wood bed with them. The work was also useless to anyone and just done so they would have some hard punishment for the girls to do because, they were just cruel like that. Even though the girls were separated from their family and were having a tough time. They still would each night when they knew they had to get up early and were put to bed from work late. They would still remember to pray and read a bible they brought together they would secretly pray where no guard would see them because, if a guard caught them they would be punished severely or, even killed. They also tried not to let the guards see them reading their bible either. They would always each night pray for something they were thankful for and each night even though in this awful place. They had something they would say they were thankful for their. One day a guard caught them with the bible now the guard didn't punish them but, he was going to take the bible away. Though the guard never took because, of the fleas no guard would come into the little shelter unless forced by a higher officer because, of all the fleas and nasty pest in their. Also after that no guard really even caught them reading from the bible because, no guard would really look because, that means they would have to go in the shelter with the fleas and other pests in the shelter. Each night the girls would still say what they were thankful for but, lots of nights they would pray how they were thankful for fleas and all the other pesticides in their. The pests were awful the girls really disliked them but, they were thankful for them because, the fleas and other pests. Made it easy and able for the sisters to read their bible in peace and without the guards taking it from them. Even though they had to work and starve really bad. They were thankful each day of their lives their for they got to read their bible each night. Also they were thankful for such a horrible thing like pest and fleas and were thankful for something in such a horrible place. Many people in the Concentration Camps saw the fleas and lice as a curse but, the sisters saw it as a blessing. Since the guards wouldn't come in and bother them or, take their bible. It is a great example of how anything in life can be a blessing even the bad things. I do not know if the girls sadly died at the Concentration Camp since they were little girls or, if they lived to tell their story in person. They probably did live but, if they didn't they our with their family now in Heaven and the Lord is probably very proud of them and loves them with all his heart. This story comes to show us that no matter what circumstance in life we still can be happy and grateful and have a good life no matter what. Remember to always be grateful, happy, and to make the best things out of life like these girls. For if you do you will have a great life and afterlife. :)

Moroni Scripture Story!

Moroni did an amazing thing he buried the plates and, helped the last Nephites. I am so amazed by what he did! He was a great servant to the lord. Moroni was an amazing man. Moroni's father sadly died in battle with the Lamanites but, he gave Moroni the gold plates. The Gold Plates our know known as the Book Of Mormon was the name of Moroni's father and, Mormon was the one who put the plates together. Moroni than fought more battles against the Lamanites until he was the last Nephite left. Moroni than wrote some last important things in the Book Of Mormon for future Generations to learn. Moroni than as we know was told by God to bury the plates on Hill Cumorah. Later in the future Moroni came down from the heavens as an Angel and, told Joseph Smith to go get the plates and, many other things. Joseph Smith went and, got the plates and, translated them into todays language. Now we have copies of The Of Book Mormonand, can read them today thanks to Moroni. I challenge you to read the Book Of Mormon and, than pray and, ask if it is true. You will get the feeling that it is true if you ask sincerely and, have faith in god. We have no idea how Moroni felt during all of this or, saw except for what he wrote in the Book Of Mormon but, there is this song that shows great detail and, the story of Moroni. Here is a website to the song on Youtube it is called Moroni's Lament by, Jeff Goodrich. Website-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U8DkWoJTh_M
You should listen to the song it is amazing!

History Hands!

I thought everyone did a great job with the Greeks, the Indians, Romans, and all the others projects. I did my project on Abagail Adams I learned so much from it. How she helped John prepare for everything through letters and, keep his sprit up through letters and, also how he loved her so much for sending love letters to each other over 1,000 year period. How she did house cleaning with six kids and, sent John letters. She did really help out so much forming our country in little ways you would never know until you read about her. I am glad I did Abigail Adams for my project!

Coca Cola World and other fun places!

I went to Coca Cola World with my mom and here exchange student from when she was a kid came along. Here name is Katherine and, she is sort of like my German aunt she was lot's of fun to have around. We saw the safe to the Coca Cola World to the Recipe and, tried all kind of soda's. Especially the Beverly you have to try it. Beverly is the worst kind of soda ever it taste like soap but, it is fun for everyone to try. Their was a cool safe we went into to learn a little bit about how Coca-Cola is made. It was very interesting and fun to see and do little activity in their. Also their a walk yourself through and exhibit where it shows you machine that process coke as an example that is my favorite part it is just so amazing and cool to see! Their is three other places a place where you can write stuff like letter or something and play around but, that part to me was kind of boring but, I didn't get to go to this part with my mom and her friend this time either but, i did on my 5th Grade Field Trip anyways. Then their is a place where if it is time you can get one free photo taken with the Coca-Cola mascot which is a Polar Bear and the bear kind of creeps me out but, whatever that is just me. Last but, not least the movie room you can go in their to watch a fun 3D Video about whatever on Coca-Cola showing in their. I didn't go their with my mom and her friend but, I did go their in 5th Grade for a field trip for school and it was really fun and cool to watch the little video. You can do any of these activity's whenever you want you just may have to wait in line a little bit for some parts and the photo with the bear is only able to do at sometime their but, I am not sure when. However when you first wait in line to enter Coca-Cola World. You have to wait in line for like a 10 or, 15 min. little tour where you stand in a room full with cool things to look at like posters and artifacts of Coca-Cola and a tour guide will tell you a little about Coca-Cola and Coca-Cola World. Then you will walk through a door once the tour guide is done talking to you and you will get to sit in a movie room watch a short cute little 2D show on Coca-Cola world than you go through one more and from their it is pretty much you guide yourself around but, the begging part is pretty fun and cool before you get to guide yourself the video is really sweet as well. Last but, not least what I told you about earlier the Taste Testing Room where you get to taste like tone of different Sodas from all over the world and see if you like them. It was cool but, I liked nothing they had to drink but, water. The water to me was the amazing but best ever drink their and in the world to me and will always be! Then the sad but, still kind of cool part of Coca-Cola World having to exit and leave. When you leave they give you a glass bottle of Coca-Cola's normal original coke.I keep the bottle as a memory and let someone else drink the coke. When you exit you exit through the shop their stuff is really expensive so I didn't get anything or, really honestly want anything out of the gift shop. Then you exit the gift shop and drive home thinking of the fun time you have just had. It was so much fun for me and I am sure if you went you would love it just as much to. We went to this really cool popular old looking restaurant called Varsity. It wasn't really crowded this time. Unlike last time on a Co-op Field Trip with last years group where we had to stand in line for like 20 mins. which was still fun and going to the capitol was as well. My mom and her friend with me also went to the Capitol this time as well for fun and because, I had to do a school project on it which was fun as well. We all had an amazing time and I really enjoyed it. I am so glad I got to do this and for my mom taking me and paying for me i appreciate all she does for me and how much fun it was. It was so much fun! :D

(Here our some pictures of all the fun I had!) :)

Dogs Rule! :D

Wanted to add this photo of puppies I found a while ago because, they our so cute and sweet looking!

Beverly the drink that tasted like nasty soap vut, soap doesn't taste good at all so it's horrible.

The door to the entrance to the safe where you may find the secret of how Coca-Cola is made.

Miss Freedom Statue of Liberty's long lost cousin donated by the Boy Scouts in some state forgot which one they donated it to oh, well.

This is what we would look like as soap my mom, Katherine and, me as soda.

In front of the capitol it's amazing!

The meeting room they talk about silly stuff trust me I know they do.

I loved Art class it was lot's of fun. It may have been hard at times but, you would learn and, progress through it. It was also seeing neat different views of everyone's drawings. I also loved how Mrs. Becky helped everyone become better and, how eventually we all got a little better at drawing. It was cool videos of the contour lines we learned. How we had to trace an egg and, a apple that was fun. I am glad we did Art class! :)

What I did this Summer!

This Summer was lots of fun but, for once I think I almost enjoyed the school year more. For one reason joining young women's was fun and, co-op was a blast as well. Also I made  lots of new and kind friends most of them LDS. One last thing it was a joy to start Homeschool. However Summer was pretty fun to!

First we ended up going to Hawaii. My aunt and my grandma on my dad's side came as well. We also stayed at my mom's sisters (AKA) my aunt's  house the whole time. Which had in it my 8 year old girl cousin Oaklee and my 4 year old boy cousin Lincoln. The plane ride was kind of cool and it was sort of fun. I mainly listened to music and looked out the window. Why my siblings watched weird cartoons on their TV on their seats. It was a beauty seeing the clouds and how high it was but, I couldn't see the sea because, the clouds covered it up. However it was such an amazing and, wonderful view there and back. My favorite thing that we did at Hawaii was going snorkeling with my dad it was a blast. I could hear the fish chomping up the coral. The sad thing was that my dad had lost his wedding ring why snorkeling with me. Luckily my nana gave my Papa's wedding ring to him and, now he wears that. Which is nice because, it is sad that he passed away and, my dad is happy he gets to remember him by that, so it all worked out. We remembered my Papa by doing the Lantern Floating in Hawaii.

We also went to the Polynesian Culture Center. The shows there were Amazing!

We went on lots of really pretty hikes.

Our Last day in Hawaii we went and took Family Pictures and we saw huge sea turtles.

Last but, not least we went to Charleston, Kiawah Island.

We saw baby turtles and, dolphins at Kiawah in the wild it was so much fun with hanging with my cousin's to.We also got a lot of cleaning in this summer and, I mean a lot. That has been my summer and it has been a blast. I appreciate what my parents did for my siblings and, me this summer taking us places. Summer was so fun yay!!! :)

Burj Khalifa

There was many obstacles that came to building are skyscrapers today. The first one was stairs no one really likes stairs and, it was just to exhausting and long to walk up that many stairs. They then though of the idea the elevator but, if the rope broke that pulled the elevator up would fall and people could die. They had this idea of safety bars when the elevator rope broke than bars would clamp the elevator bars and slow the fall where they eventually would stop which would keep people from being hurt. The next obstacle was space and sturdiness. Stone was nice but, the higher your tower got the  less space there was inside the tower. Then came the idea of steel it was skinny and, strong and it worked well plus the tower had lots of more space in the inside.

Then of course came another obstacle safety from  natural disasters. Which from that came the idea of an exoskeleton. Putting what they usually put on the inside of the tower on the inside of the tower on the outside of the tower. Which that helped a lot make it safe from rain and other natural nature weather. The last main obstacle they had to think of is what machine can they use that will help the tower be taller. Out of that came the idea of the Kangaroo Crane  the higher the tower went the higher the Kangaroo Crane would go by boosting itself up. Those are mainly most of the big obstacles we had to overcome to get to the skyscrapers we have today. The biggest one we have today is the Burj Khalifa. I hope you learned more about how skyscrapers were made and how cool the ideas of making them were!
